Unima Buyer Guidelines
This is a reference translation. If there is any discrepancy between this translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
Before buying
Check the item description and photos carefully.
If anything is unclear, ask the seller before buying.
After buying
Arrange the handover date, time and place with the seller through in-app messages.
If you are asked to meet at a place that feels unsafe, ask to change it to a more public place.
At the handover
Before receiving the item, check that it matches the description.
In particular, check things such as
the item itself
the model number
the size
scratches
missing parts
whether it works
whether it is locked.
If there is a problem
If the item is very different from the listing description, do not tell the handover code.
Discuss it with the seller, and if it is not resolved, report it to Unima.
Telling the handover code
After you have confirmed there is no problem with the item, tell the seller the handover code shown on the deal screen right there.
When the seller enters the code, the deal is completed and the price is finalized. Do not tell the code until you have received the item.
