Unima Prohibited Conduct

Users must not do any of the following.

1. Prohibited Conduct Regarding Payment

Paying directly in cash

Asking for a bank transfer

Asking for money to be sent via PayPay or similar

Paying for an item outside the app

Steering others to trade outside the app to avoid payment fees

Buying your own item with your own account or the account of someone connected to you

Using credit cards or similar for the purpose of converting them into cash

Using payment methods obtained illegally

2. Prohibited Conduct Regarding Deals

Listing an item with no intention of handing it over

Buying with no intention of paying for the item

False item descriptions

Deliberately hiding serious defects of an item

Changing the price one-sidedly after purchase

Falsely claiming that you have not received an item when you have

Claiming that an item was handed over when it was not

Unjustified return or refund demands

Demanding money in exchange for a rating

3. Prohibited Conduct Regarding In-Person Deals

Forcing the other party to trade at your home or dormitory room

Forcing the other party to get into a car or similar

Forcing a late-night or otherwise unsafe time

Intimidating, threatening or coercing the other party at the meeting place

Bringing a third party without agreement and interfering with the deal

Persistently using the handover for dating, solicitation, sales or similar

Asking for an address or other personal information not needed for the handover

4. Prohibited Conduct in Communication

Defamation

Threats

Stalking

Sexual harassment

Discriminatory harassment

Persistent contact

Exposing others' personal information

Spam

Improper solicitation

5. Prohibited Conduct Regarding Accounts

Improper use of multiple accounts

Registering under another person's name

Falsifying student status

Buying, selling or lending accounts

Re-registering to get around a suspension

6. Attacks on the Service and Similar

Unauthorized access

Excessive collection of information by scraping or similar

Sending malware or similar

Unauthorized manipulation of the system

Reverse engineering or analysis by any other method we prohibit

7. Other

Any act that violates the law, these rules, the rules of universities or similar, or public order and morals, and any other act we judge inappropriate for the safe operation of the Service.
